In our approach we work on 3 specific target groups.
MANAGEMENT
A healthy organisation with regard to its finances, strategies and people requires an integrated approach. Final responsibility lies with the management. In an off-site seminar lasting just one or several days, members of the top management and executives are given high-level energy management training. How to get more out of yourself. How can I relax, how can I fit healthy food into my schedule easily. Lack of sleep, spending lots of time in planes: how do I handle it, how do I get energy out of it? Very interesting and enriching for personal development on the one hand and inspiring for line managers and the employees on the other hand for implementation in their teams.
TEAM
The individual commitment to use tools and tips every day is strengthened by the team leader (middle management) on the one hand and the internal coach on the other hand. They are trained separately for this. The internal coach will play a supporting role as a colleague. The team leader will facilitate or guide this.
INDIVIDUAL
Handling change: an everyday challenge for all employees. Each employee is trained to discover his or her own sources of energy and to use them. Our interventions provide insight and practical tools to convert stress into energy, to live a healthy life. Thanks to a very purposeful approach, people will be open to handling change in a positive way. A positive attitude as the basis for a strong performance.
