Philosophy

Still:  continued, continually, calm, controlled

Movin:  moving, on the move, starting to move

We are convinced that intelligent physical behaviour (movement, relaxation, nutrition)  stimulates mental performance. This philosophy is based on the one hand on scientific disciplines such as physiology, psychology, neurobiology, endocrinology. On the other hand, oriental philosophy is a source of inspiration that long before our civilisation describes in great detail processes to come to rest or draw strength.  We convert science and philosophy into a strong and realistic approach. That is how we arrive at 4 philosophical principles on the work floor:

  • Participants will themselves choose healthy behaviour in a responsible way
  • Greatly affecting motivation by making agreements with colleagues, stimulating each other and reacting to people’s sense of responsibility
  • Integrating a positive attitude and behaviour in everyday life: at work and at home
  • Starting to move physically and mentally, individually and as a team

Stillmovin as a movement philosophy, movement culture, is a long-term approach that inspires the individual to become stronger. Physically (body) and mentally (heart, brain, spirit).

The measurable effects follow as a result of the motivation, involvement and satisfaction at work.
