Still Movin has expertise and experience that it can pass on in short sessions that have a high impact on attitude and behaviour. Positive, that can be monitored, measured and that the participants can be tackled about time and again. Four hours of training per domain will suffice as a basis.

Ergonomics
How do I organise my workplace, my desk chair in the best possible way? How do I improve, take care of, change my posture, how do I avoid RSI and office stress?

Stress
There are positive sides to stress. Can I turn stress into a challenge, and how do I do it? Can you learn to handle it? And if so, where and when can I do simple exercises for this?

Energy
Is it about competence or about capacities? Can I recharge my batteries in times of stress? How can I does my energy and what do I have to do to keep enough energy for myself and my family despite a heavy workload?

Nutrition
Does food affect my mood, my level of stress, my energy level? Can I follow a healthy diet at the office, on busy days? What do BMI, fat percentage, diet, antioxidants mean? Lose weight or not?
