After a Basic Process adapted to the needs, there is interest in acquiring deeper knowledge about certain topics that people literally lose sleep over. Here participants choose which workshop they register for in subgroups depending on their personal interests.
Relaxation techniques
They are used prudently in case of stress, energy and ergonomics. But this workshop contains real training. Muscle relaxation, brain relaxation, short relaxation: the One Minute relax. Deep relaxation.
Positive thinking and emotions
Do you sometimes visualise how you see yourself if you have to give a presentation? You "see" yourself in the room, in front of the group... But you can also visualise positively in other situations. It starts with a positive attitude and positive thinking. Knowing your emotions and being able to keep them under control plays a major role in this. This workshop will open your eyes.
Wellness and care
Sports, posture, exercise: or strenuous ways to recharge your batteries mentally. Of course physically it tires you. Physical rest, recharging. Hormonal and emotional recharging: what is massage, why a sauna, steam bath and spas can be useful for your "recovery" process.
Sleep
