Exercise: Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates form the basis of low-threshold exercises. Specific and aimed very much at the possibility of applying them immediately at the office, at home and on the road.

Science and Didactics: Neuroscience, behavioural psychology, psychology in connection with emotional problems, stress, fear and depression. Biomechanics, ergonomics, educational science, nutrition, Tai Chi, Yoga. occupational psychology in connection with satisfaction, involvement, stress, load, competence. A broad basis of knowledge and experience. A mix that is easy to digest with an energetic result.

Didactics and Experience: our trainers are what makes the essential difference. Our team is made up of people who studied physical education, physiotherapy, psychology and communication. They can inspire participants in three languages, spur them to take action and immediately apply their newly acquired techniques.

Music: Our own CD Backbeat was specially developed in function of energy and concentration during the exercises. Ambience guaranteed.

Timing: theory, story lines, exercises in blocks of 6 minutes. Inspiration, improvisation, interaction and yet we still stick to our programme and agreements. We are a well-oiled machine that has completely mastered its subjects and is constantly looking for new evolutions and influences.

Integration:  we cannot achieve a lasting effect in the area of a positive attitude, health and motivation on our own. Internal coaches, the line manager, the management, the teams: everyone works together and follows the same tactics to win the match.
