Involvement

The second step in longer term programmes aims to maximise the employees' involvement. Once they are health conscious, their sense of responsibility is appealed to. How to deal with change; motivation and team spirit are the central themes.

Most of the initiatives are taken at team level and programmes are implemented with a mix of Workshops, Experiences and Events.
Team leaders, internal coaches and employees take the courses in teams.
The aim is productivity. A conscious conversion to the working environment.
Your employees learn how to optimise their energy level in  function of the requirements of their job. They learn how to handle change and it is precisely in that change that they are able to find the necessary energy to face a new challenge. They learn to perform better as a team.
All of this means that their involvement increases and that they will constantly think in function of the organisation's interests.
